Important Policies

• Please check travel advisory issued by the concerned state government /local authorities before booking, as some places may have COVID-19 related travel/lodging restrictions
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
• The usual standard check-in time is 12:00 noon & standard check-out time is 11:00 am. We tries to ensure that you can check-in any time after that till your reservation is valid.
• Any misbehaviour in hotel the administration will immediately cancel the reservation.
• It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable. Without an original copy of a valid ID, you will not be allowed to check-in.
• The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is entirely on the our discretion.
• Customers with Local IDs will not be allowed to check-in. Shinjni Resort reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city.
• Unmarried/Unrelated couples are allowed to check-in. Shinjni Resort reserves the right of admission. Accommodation granted to guests posing as a 'couple'.
• Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type.check the conditions of your required option.
• Children of any age are welcome.To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search & Cots and extra beds are not available at this property.
• Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• There is no age requirement for check-in.
